Made in Photoshop CS5
01. I started with a new gradient fill. A gradient with the color #320f2a at the bottom and #ebe6ce. Set this layer to Soft Light.

02. Now the contrast is awful, so let's add a Curves layer to fix this:
RGB: Point 1: output 89, input 99
Point 2: output 198, input 192

03. A new color fill layer to get that peachy color. #ede1c3, on 20% opacity.

04. Stamp your layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur, 5 px. Set this layer to Soft Light to get the glowing look.

05. A levels layer to add yellow:
Blue: 53, 1,00, 255

06. Add a new gradient map to add those pink tones. Make a gradient with the color #68183a at the bottom and #efdbee at the top. Set this layer to 50% opacity.

07. Stamp your layers again. Set this layer to Soft Light 30% to get more contrast.

08. Selective coloring to make the reds deeper and darken everything:
Reds: +78, +51, -50, 0
Yellow: +58, 0, +73, 0
Neutrals: 0, 0, +47, 0
Make sure you have "relative" checked.
Set this layer to Luminosity.

09. Now to make it black&and white with a tiny bit color. Layer>>New adjustment layer>>Black&white.
-6, 62, 40, 60, 20, 80
Check "tint" and choose the color #f7e8e1.

10. Stamp the layers again, go to filter>>sharpen>>sharpen. Then go to Edit>>fade sharpen 50%. Set the layer to 70% opacity.

11. Add this texture by
lemonpunch. Flip the layer vertically by going to Edit>>Transform>>flip vertical. Now go to filter>>blur>>gaussian blur 5px. Set the layer to Soft Light 39%. The lighting transforms!

12. Now add this texture by
innocent_lexys and set it to Soft Light 32%.

13. I thought the bottom a bit too dark. So I made a new layer, chose the soft edged brush with a rather large size and painted over it like this:

Set this layer to Soft Light 10%.

14. I wanted more pink, and made a new color fill layer with color #f5c9d8 and set the layer to Multiply.

15. It's a bit too dark and needs more contrast, a new levels layer fixes this:
RGB: 0, 1,00, 192
Red: 17, 1,00, 255
Green: 0, 1,06, 255
Blue: 0, 1,04, 255

16. Add this texture by idk who. Set it to Screen to add the border.

17. Make anothe Black&White layer and set the layer to Lighten.

And done!
Hope this was helpful. :)
