01. It's too dark. Duplicate the base and set it too Screen.

02. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e). Go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 4px.
Set this layer to Soft light to add more contrast and glow.

03. Add a new gradient for more light and shadow. Make a gradient with color #231908 at the bottom and #ebe6ce at the top. Set the layer to Soft Light.

04. I think it needs more light and color. Make a new curves layer with these settings:
RGB: output 200, input 185

05. Stamp the layers again. Go to Filter>>sharpen>>sharpen. Then go to Edit>>fade sharpen 20%.

06. It's a bit too bright now, so I stamped the layers again, and set the layer to Multiply 20%.

07. The final step to add more contrast. A gradient map with a gradient with the color #320f2a at the bottom and #ebe6ce at the top. Set this layer to Soft Light 50%.

And done!

01. We need to brighten it up. Duplicate the base and set it to Screen.

02. I wanted more contrast and glow. Stamp your layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 7px. Set the layer to Soft Light.

03. Virbance to bring out the colors: vibrance +100
Or hue/saturation, saturation +30.

04. I want more contrast, so I added a Brightness/contrast layer with +18 contrast.

05. It's too dark now. Add a new Curves layer with these settings:
RGB: output 186, input 161

06. I wanted to add more brown, so I made a new color fill layer with the color #150707 and set it to Exclusion.

07. Add another color fill layer, #8c7b5e, set it to Soft Light.

08. More vibrance, +38.
Or hue/saturation +8.

09. Add a new gradient map for more contrast. Make a gradient with the color #320f2a at the bottom and #ebe6ce at the top. Set the layer to Soft Light 50%.

10. Another curves layer to brighten up and get rid of some yellow:
RGB: output 184, input 171

11. Stamp your layers again. Go to Filter>>sharpen>>sharpen, then go to Edit>>Fade sharpen 20%.

12. Stamp the layers again, go to Filter>>blur>>gaussian blur 7px. Set the layer to Soft Light to get more glow.

13. Add another Curves layer to get rid of some of the redness:

14. More vibrance, +55.
Or hue/saturation +10

15. A brightness/contrast layer:
Brightness +20, contrast -19

And done!
>>
01. Duplicate the base and drag it upwards untill it covers the white part.

02. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e). Go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 4px. Set the layer to Soft Light to get some more contrast.

03. I wanted to enhance the greenness around her, so I made a new color fill layer with the color #b0b86a and set it to Soft Light.

04. To brighten up a bit, add a new gradient fill. Make a new gradient with the color #7b5157 at the bottom and #ffffff at the top. Set this layer to Soft Light.
This made her face in the bottom picture a bit too red, so I added a mask to the gradient layer, and erased over her face with a soft edge brush.

05. Now her face is too dark again, so I added a new layer and painted over her face with a soft edge brush and a white color. Set this layer to Soft Light.

06. Now a vibrance layer to boost the colors: Vibrance +100
Or Hue/saturation, saturation +20

07. Stamp the layers again. Go to filter>>blur>>gaussian blur 4px. Set the layer to Soft Light to get more glow.

08. Now add a gradient map to get than tan look. Make a gradient with the color #54260d at the bottom and #c1b9b9 at the top. Set the layer to 27% opacity.

09. A curves layer to add more light:
RGB: output 196, input 184

10. Stamp the layers again. Then go to Edit>>Transform>>Rotate 90° CW. Drag the layer upwards and a bit to the right untill it looks like this:

11. Now add another curves layer to make it brighter and more red:
RGB: output 197, input 188

12. A brightness/contrast layer with brightness +15 is the last step.

And finished!
I had to re-create the following icon, therefore there might be some tiny differences from the original icon. :)
>>
01. Duplicate your base twice and set both layers to Screen to brighten up the icon.

02. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e) and set the layer to Soft Light to add more contrast.

03. Stamp the layers again, then go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur 7px. Then press shift+ctrl+u to desaturate the layer. Set the layer to Soft Light to add more glow without changing the colors.

04. A new color fill layer with color #a0788a to add the pink tone. Set the layer to Soft Light.

05. Add a new gradient with black&white and set it to Soft Light.

06. Another color fill layer, #a08792. Set to Soft Light.

07. Brightness/contrast, brightness +4.

08. Another color fill layer, #a694a5. Set to Soft Light.

09. It's a bit too red. Add a new Color Balance layer with these settings:
Midtones: -23, 0, 0
Make sure you have "Preserve Luminosity" checked.

10. Stamp your layers again, go to Filter>>Sharpen>>Sharpen, then go to Edit>>Fade sharpen 30%.

And done!
