01. Duplicate the base and set to Screen to brighten up the image.



02. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Gausssian blur, 7x. Set this layer to Soft Light, to get the glowy look.



03. Add a vibrance layer with vibrance +100, to get rid of that dull-ness.
Or hue/saturation, saturation + 42.



04. A new curves layer to brighten it up and more red:
RGB: output 183, input 166
Red: output 219, input 201

Green: output 207, input 199

Blue: output 181, input 194




05. Selective coloring to add pink:
Reds: +34, 0, -55, 0



06. Vibrance +77.
Or Hue/saturation +22.



07. I wanted to bring out more yellow on her hair, so I made a new layer Chose the soft edge brush, and the color #e6cb1a. I painted over the lower parts of her hair like this:



And set the layer to Soft Light 30%.



08. Add a new curves layer to brighten it up a tiny bit:
RGB: output 187, input 184



09. Stamp your layers again (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 7px. Then go to Image>>adjusments>>desaturate. Put this layer on Soft Light. This makes it more glowy, but doesn't interupt the colors.



10. Vibrance +60.
Or hue/saturation +14



11. Stamp your layers again, and go to filter>>sharpen>>sharpen, then to edit>>fade sharpen 20%.



12. I think the icon looks a bit grainy, so I stamped the layers again. Then Filter>>Blur>>blur more, then I added a mask to the layer (click on the square with a circle inside at the bottom of the layers palette), then I inverted the mask (ctrl+i), I painted on the mask (make sure you have white selected as the color) with the soft edge brush over cheeks, nose, forehead, chin and neck , this is how the mask looks like:

Set the layer to 50% opacity.



13. More vibrance, +57
Or hue/saturation +8



14. I thought her eyelids looked too bright, so I painted a thing black line over both her eyes with the soft edge brush, and set the layer to Soft Light 40%.



15. Now, duplicate the vibrance (or hue/saturation) layer from step #13, drag it to the top.



16. It looks grainy again, so I repeated the steps from step #12. Though with a mask looking like this:

Set the layer to 50%.



17. I wanted more shadow on the left side of the icon, so I painted over the left side with a soft edge brush around 40px large, like this:

Set the layer to Soft Light 69%.



18. Final layer: Vibrance +34
Or hue/saturation +6

01. First of we need to get rid of that logo. I duplicated the base (just in case I make a mistake). Chose a colors from the area the logo is at with the eyedropper tool, and painted over the logo.



02. Duplicate the layer and set it to Screen 100% to brighten it up.



03. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>gaussian blur 7px, set the layer to Soft Light. After you have done this, go back to the previous layer (the screen layer), and set it to 58%. Now we have a more glowing look.



04. Make a new curves layer to to add some more light and green/yellow:
RGB: output 196, input 174
Red: output 176, input 166

Green: output 172, input 160




05. A new selective coloring layer to add thos pink tones:
Reds: +37, 0, -35, 0



06. New vibrance layer, vibrance +100.
Or hue/saturation, saturation +35.



07. I thought the left part of her left cheek looked a bit too sharp, so I stamped the layers and chose the blur tool at around 90% strength, and blurred over it. I set the layer to 56% opacity.



08. A new curves layer to brighten up and add more green:
RGB: output 179, input 166
Red: Point 1, output 77, input 95
Point 2, output 191, input 175

Green: output 168, input 161




09. Add a vibrance layer, +68.
Or hue/saturation +12.



10. A new color fill layer to make it green, #094d4e. Set to soft light.



11. Curves to brighten up and bring out more red:
RGB: output 180, input 153
Red: output 191, input 166

Green: output 169, input 166

Blue: output 199, input 192




12. Stamp the layers, sharpen it once. Then mask away the part that covers the left outline, eyes, mouth and clothes. Set the layer to 34%.



13. Vibrance +37.
Or hue/saturation +8



14. A curves layer to decrease the yellowness:
Red: output 165, input 178

Green: output 174, input 184

Blue: output 165, input 158




15. Duplicate the vibrance (or hue/saturation) layer from step #13 and drag it to the top.



16. Add this texture by idk who, set it to Screen 8%. This makes the coloring a bit less intense.



17. Now I added the hand glyph, I erased some part of it as you can see. Set it to Screen.



18. And a final vibrance layer, +40.
Or hue/saturation +7.



And done!
