Here are my icons for Challenge 05 - Around The World at 20muses!
Because I like to make things difficult for myself, I chose hard mode. :D
I had to use all the locations, only the screencaps provided and the required themes + at least one extra theme!
Damn, this was hard! I like maybe 70% of these. Using only the provided caps was the most challenging part, which is why these aren't as creative and more complex as I wanted. But I really hope you like them! :)

You did a great job with these! I love the colors in 3, the crop in 5 and the frame and text-frame in 10. 12 has a really beautiful serene look and I really like the coloring on her. Great crop and texture use in 14. 15 is really interesting and the text use is wonderful. Love the geometric, futuristic vibe of 16. I'm also digging the cool coloring, painted hair and simplicity of 27.

I freaking adore the crazy composition on 15 and the clean yet complex look on 10. 7 is possibly my favorite though, I fell in love as soon as I saw it in the preview, what a fantastic, creative composition and the coloring and text use are incredible! The geometric texture use in 16 is superb, love how the character seems to come out of the texture. And the muted, grungy look on 17 is super pretty too and 13 has spectacular coloring and asdsdfsdg I just love all of them! ♥ You really nailed this challenge and wow I'm super impressed with your use of the hard mode with the given caps and all those extra challenges :o

I can never bring myself to do any other mode than easy because I feel I'm not yet skilled enough to take on normal or hard mode so I think it's pretty great that you are able to challenge yourself not matter what!

This post is gorgeous and I have to say they turned out good considering you don't like some of them! The coloring is beautiful and texture use is lovely! I'm so envious of your skills and determination! :)

Absolutely gorgeous!

My favourites are 3 (that scenery! Those colours!), 5 (I have a weakness for close crops, and this one is AWESOME) and 17 (just love that composition, great colours too), but they're all great really.

wow ♥ Your creative is unique and I adore the composition this set and colors! ♥ Your text is perfect and very creative! I love how 4 looks like painting/anime version and the pastel colors are super pretty of 1 and I love her hair! 5, 6, 13 and 14 are amazing crop :) I love the colorings of 7-9 and 15 and text ♥ 10, 16, 17 has awesome texture work and composition is so good! ♥ I love the dark mood of 18-20 :) Green color is super beautiful of 11 and 12. Wonderful lighting of 3 and 2 has amazing pastel colors and contrast! Wonderful post! ♥

Wow, hard mode! I struggled with normal mode already. I especially like 7 (Brain Club! Lol), 10 (wow what a detailed composition in a deceptively simple look), 11 with its gorgeous background, and the coloring in 12. 26 is great, too. The negative space makes her look even more lonely.

My favourites are 5 - the crop is so pretty and the colouring even more so, 7 - the composition is really cool, 14 - the colouring is so prettyy! 15 - the composition is kickass! 20 - the colour scheme is all kinds of gorgeous and I love the texture use!

This is /hands down/ one of my absolute favourite posts of yours.
I just adore how creative every icon looks, and even though there
is such a great variety of techniques the whole set looks super cohesive.
The compositions in #7, #10, #16 and #17 leave me speechless. I love your
use of textures, and text's always perfectly placed. The blocking/blending in
#9 and #19 is astonishing. There's something magical about #18, I can't stop
looking at it, it's simply perfect. The colourings in #2, #3, #6 and #12 are mesmerising,
and the crop in #5 utterly beautiful. The repaint in #1, #6 and #8 is magnificent.
I also love the unnatural tones in #2, and the sharpening in #13 & #14.

The alternative icons are as gorgeous. Saving a bunch! <3 :D
