Here is my entry for the Winter Solstice round at theseasonwheel. :)
I chose the hard mode of course, being me...
Anywho that means all the icons are winter themed (something which was not all that easy with the PB caps!).
10 are far and 10 are close icons.
There are also 4 sub themes:

01-05: Emotional icons
05-10: Strong use of light
11-15: Different weather
16-20: Techniques you want to improve on

This entire set is just so inspirational and extraordinary! The texture use is amazing - particularly in 4, 5, 8, 9, 13 and 19 - and the way you've blended the subjects with fake backgrounds - particularly in 8, 9 and 14 - is seamless! I'm also in awe of the stunning monochrome colours you've achieved like in 1, 3 and 4, and the cropping and/or lighting in icons like 1 and 2 brings such intensity. Fantastic work!

The texture use in this set is out of this world ♥ 4 just stands out to me, it's a real work of art alright, lovelovelove the crop and the unusual textured look. 5, 8 and 16 are texture masterpieces as well, and I looove the compositions in the last row especially. I'm saving 19, I just adore the coloring and grunge and composition, will credit if used!

Oh gosh, the cropping in 2 and 4 is so incredibly pretty. I also love the general feel to 15, the softness in lighting to 7 and 9 for instance. And 16 is beautiful too. For some reason the use of contrast really works here, it gives the icon such a special feel. Gorgeous colouring in 9 and 14 as well!

OH MY GOSH. THIS WHOLE POST IS ART TO BE HONEST. THE MOST WONDERFUL ART I'VE EVER SEEN !!!!!
I adore every single icon, because they're all so different and creative. Your emotional set is spectacular; in particular I love #2, #3 and #4. Your use of lights is mesmerising, #6 is just so delicate and elegant!! And the crop!! Magnificent. The composition in #8 is incredibly stunning and I love #9. I think the weather row is my absolute favourite, #11 has a ver very very pretty colouring and I adore the softness in #13. The use of text in #13 & #14 is fantastic. I really hope you reach your goals icon-wise, the last five creations are breath-taking!! Especially #16, #18 and #19. What a SUNNING batch ♥
