20+ icons for the b&w round at 20inspirations. Finally finished, yay! I really had to push myself to get these done, and tbh I'm not all that happy with them, but at least I made them. :)
I am going to try to comment but who knows if LJ will actually let me. >:O
I'm glad you finished the set because I love it! 4 is so gritty and beautiful because of it. 15 and 20 are AWESOME close crops, I can't even. The lighting in 14 is basically perfect. Great job!
Ohhh, the crop in 19 caught my eye right away! So pretty and the contrast is fantastic...even on the shitty computer monitor I'm looking at. I adore the crop in 6 as well and the texturing and text work in 12!
Love the soft purple in #13. #2 is just amazing and so is #3, for completely different reasons. I like how the batch is still different even though they're all monochrome. :)
First of all, I LOVE ALMOST EVERY ICON IN THIS BATCH! ♥ You do black and white so, so well!
Cropping in #002 is stunning -- the dark coloring and minimal contrast make the icon so much more haunting.
The composition in #003 is brilliant! The textures you used really add to the icon and make it more eye-catching. ♥
And the cropping in #006 is gorgeous! I, just, have no words.
The lighting in #010, #014, #017, and #019 is excellent!
As for my favorite icon, I'm torn between #011 and #016. Texture use in #011 is phenomenal -- as in, I-never-thought-to-do-it-that-way phenomenal. *__* I love how crisp and bright #016 is, compared to the other icons. Also, the crop just stays with you, somehow. :)
Oh, and I love that first alternate. Gorgeous lighting!
Conclusion? Lost has never looked this good. :) Great job!
well hot damn close crops!!! #15 is beautiful! I love the grungy feel in most of them, especially #4 and #20 and omg #2!!!! wow!! also the light in #10 and #14 is amazing and the compositions of #8 and #9 jfc
